Free SSL
Not all websites need an SSL Certificate but its good to have, especially if you require your website viewers to login or provide personal information during checkout. SSL stands for Secure Socket Layer, the keyword here being secure. With our free SSL certificate your clients will be safe while shopping on your website.
Product Uploads
When you’re ready to expand your inventory, just send us a request and we’ll upload or edit up to 24 products per month. Only 12 products may be submitted in a single request. Request for more product uploads will be review 72 hours after initial uploads. Only 3 images per product will be accepted.
Blog Post Uploads
Have s story or event you want to share with your website viewers? Your maintenance plan includes 3 blog post uploads. You may include images, videos, short stories, or maybe just some company news.
Backup & Restore
Backing up your website secures your data such as product details, images, and customer contact. If your data is lost we can restore it with our backup and restore function. Backups are only made upon request, and can be downloaded by click the the Updraft tab at the top of your WordPress Dashboard
Coupons
Coupons give you the option to decrease the price of products for your customers. We’ll create up to 3 coupons/month, take off an exact amount amount or a percentage. Additional fees for dynamic discounts such as BOGO.

Turn Around Time
We’ll respond to your request within 24 hours of receipt. Work for your request will begin within 48 hours of receipt and may take up to 72 hours to complete, this does not include weekends. Please send all request at minimum of 5 days before you need them to ensure timely updates. Emergency updates will be handled with 4 hours of request submitted between 12:00pm – 7:00pm Weekdays and Weekend. Emergency request include: failed payment, unsecure website, website down, products not showing, etc.
